What ShowDocs is

ShowDocs is a scheduling tool for event production crews, operated by Spring Inc.

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture. Nothing else from your Google account.
• What you and your team enter: events, rooms, schedule items, contacts, notes, and logos.
• Who changed or deleted what and when, so mistakes can be undone.

How it's used

Only to run ShowDocs: signing you in, showing you the events you've been given access to, and producing the reports you export. We don't sell your information, show ads, or share it with anyone other than the people on the events you're part of.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) and the app is served by Vercel. Anyone holding a read-only report link for an event can view that event's schedule until an owner turns the link off.

Removing your data

Event owners can delete events and remove people at any time. To have your account removed, email andy@springinc.com.
